For the first use, you need to clean the frying basket and the base pan with some warm soapy water and a non-abrasive. Then you insert the pan and basket into the air fryer to start cooking.

The instruction manual is very clear on how to use the fryer and also has a cooking guide for common foods like fries, chicken, pork chops, steaks, muffins, spring rolls, and more.

The cookbook offers some recipes to help you get started. I recommend searching Pinterest or buying an air fryer cookbook for more recipes.

Frying Capacity

The FrenchMay air fryer has a 3.7qt frying capacity, which is pretty generous especially for the price. However the company says this is enough to feed a family of 4, but I personally think a larger air fryer with 5.8 qt capacity (like this GoWise 5.8qt) is much better suited.

Warranty

The warranty for the FrenchMay fryer is very generous. They offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee.

If you are not happy with the air fryer, you can return it within 60 days with 100% money back. No questions asked.

Should the air fryer fail within 1 year, they will send you a new replacement. With their 100% risk-free warranty there’s no reason not to try this air fryer.
